Meet the Team
We are builders, planners, problem solvers, and community members who care abut how things are done. The RippleWorks team brings together deep experience, steady hands, and a shared belief that construction should be thoughtful, collaborative, and rooted in trust.

We are not just here to manage projects. We are here to make sure every detail resonates.

Founder/CEO
Kenneth Shaw Jr.
Kenneth Shaw is the founder and CEO of RippleWorks, bringing over 30 years of boots-on-the-ground construction management experience to the helm. A lifelong Jersey Shore resident, Kenny started his first company—K. Shaw Construction—in his early twenties, building it from a one-man operation into a respected leader in custom coastal homebuilding.
Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to quality, Kenny has led the charge on everything from high-end residences to complex commercial projects. At RippleWorks, he combines that same passion with a bigger vision: to create spaces that serve communities, stand the test of time, and carry forward a legacy of great work.
Outside the job site, Kenny is a founder of Shore to Help, a nonprofit raising money for local charities, through community-driven events. Whether he is building homes, or building goodwill, Kenny leads with heart, hustle, and the belief that good work makes waves.

Co-Founder/President
Kevin Higgins
Born and raised on the Jersey Shore, Kevin brings over a decade of construction management experience across both commercial and high-end residential projects. He has led teams through everything, from ground-up mixed-use developments, to high end custom coastal homes. Kevin believes great building starts with clear communication, strong relationships, and a deep respect for the community he builds in.

When Kevin is not working, he is either volunteering his time as a board member of the Mercy Center, in Asbury Park NJ, surfing at one of our many great beaches, or walking his dog Luke. He is always ready to talk shop over a strong cup of coffee.

Controller
Susan Profaci
Susan Profaci serves as Controller at RippleWorks, bringing over 20 years of financial management experience in the construction and real estate industries. With a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand on the numbers, she oversees all financial operations, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and long-term stability across every project.
Known for her collaborative spirit and calm under pressure, Susan plays a vital role in keeping projects aligned with budgets, timelines, and client expectations. She is passionate about building strong financial systems that support both growth and integrity.
When she is not managing the books, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and taking long walks by the shore.

Office Manager/Permitting Coordinator
Susan Finn
Sue Finn keeps RippleWorks running smoothly, both behind the scenes and on the front lines of every project. As Office Manager and Permitting Coordinator, she oversees daily operations, manages communications, and leads the complex permitting process that keeps jobs on track and in compliance.
With decades of administrative experience and a deep knowledge of local regulations, Sue is the go-to resource for navigating red tape and keeping things moving. Her organization, persistence, and problem-solving make her an essential part of the team.
Whether she is securing approvals or coordinating schedules, Sue brings clarity, consistency, and a sense of calm to everything she touches.

Intern/Chief Moral Officer
Luke
At just one year old, Luke is already making a name for himself as the most enthusiastic member of the RippleWorks team. As our unofficial intern and full-time morale booster, this golden retriever brings boundless energy, a tireless work ethic (when treats are involved), and an unwavering commitment to office-wide happiness.

Whether he is greeting visitors with a wagging tail, offering emotional support during long meetings, or napping under a desk in true intern fashion, Luke reminds us all to take a moment to appreciate the little things—and to never miss a walk break.

Though his construction knowledge is still under development, his loyalty, positivity, and team spirit are second to none.
